Sea Bass & Marinade

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Sea Bass

In a bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, sugar, and black pepper. Add the sea bass fillets, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Pan

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Cook the Sea Bass

Remove the sea bass from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the fillets in the hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Prepare Toppings

While the fish cooks, chop fresh herbs such as cilantro, basil, and mint. Crush roasted peanuts.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, transfer the sea bass to a serving plate and top with the fresh herbs and crushed peanuts. Serve immediately.
