House-made egg noodles wok-fried with in a spicy Mongolian chili sauce, julienne vegetables, mushrooms, crushed peanuts. Garnished with cucumber. (This item can not be made gluten free) (Peanuts can not be omitted) (SPICE LEVEL CANNOT BE MODIFIED)

    Prepare the Noodles

    Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

    In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the julienned bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

    Add Mushrooms

    Add the sliced mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until they start to soften.

    Combine Noodles and Sauce

    Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok, followed by the Mongolian chili sauce. Stir well to combine all ingredients and heat through for about 2 minutes.

    Season and Serve

    Season with salt to taste. Remove from heat, top with crushed peanuts, and garnish with cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
