    Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.

    In a large bowl, combine the dried oats, chopped Thai chili, and minced garlic. Mix well to combine.

    Coat the Prawns

    Dredge each prawn in the oat mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess coating.

    In a large frying pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

    Carefully add the coated prawns to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
