Stir in the green curry paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the coconut milk, followed by the kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and shrimp flakes. Stir to combine.

Incorporate Bamboo Shoots
Add the bamboo shoots and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Stir in the fish sauce and sugar, adjusting the seasoning as needed.

Remove from heat and fold in the Thai basil leaves just before serving.
