Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Fill the Wrappers

Place a potsticker wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture to the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half, and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

  3. 3

    Cook the Potstickers

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potstickers in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Steam the Potstickers

Carefully add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and immediately cover with a lid. Steam for 5-6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the wrappers are tender.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot with black vinegar dipping sauce.
