Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Sprouts
In the bowl with Brussels sprouts, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and Aleppo chili flakes. Toss until well coated.

Roast the Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

Prepare the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix honey and truffle oil until combined. Drizzle this mixture over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.

Make the Parmesan Gremolata
In a separate bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and lemon zest. Mix well.

Combine and Serve
Crumble the cooked bacon over the roasted Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with the Parmesan gremolata. Serve immediately.
