    Make the Tortilla Chips

    1. Cut the corn tortillas into triangles to form chips. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 3. Fry the tortilla triangles in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes). 4. Remove chips from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with Southwest seasoning while still warm.

    Prepare the Queso

    1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, and milk. 2. Stir frequently until the cheeses melt and the mixture is smooth. 3. Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies and jalapeños, stirring to combine. 4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

    Serve

    1. Carefully transfer warm chips to a serving platter. 2. Pour the warm queso cheese over the chips or serve it in a bowl alongside. 3. Enjoy your Chips & Queso!
