Prepare the Stuffing
In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix with hot water according to package instructions. Allow it to sit until it absorbs the water and becomes soft.

Make the Turkey Patty
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley (if using). Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.

Prepare the Stuffing Balls
Once the stuffing is ready, form it into small balls. You can either pan-fry them in a bit of oil until crispy or bake them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each brioche bun, place a turkey patty, add a couple of smashed stuffing balls, top with cranberry sauce, and drizzle with gravy. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Serve the Thanksgiving burgers warm with extra cranberry sauce and gravy on the side, if desired.
