Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Stuffing

In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix with hot water according to package instructions. Allow it to sit until it absorbs the water and becomes soft.

  2. 2

    Make the Turkey Patty

In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley (if using). Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Turkey Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Stuffing Balls

Once the stuffing is ready, form it into small balls. You can either pan-fry them in a bit of oil until crispy or bake them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each brioche bun, place a turkey patty, add a couple of smashed stuffing balls, top with cranberry sauce, and drizzle with gravy. Cover with the top half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Thanksgiving burgers warm with extra cranberry sauce and gravy on the side, if desired.
