Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill while you mix the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Seedlip Spice, orgeat syrup, and grapefruit juice.

Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
