Muddle Mint
In a julep cup or glass, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the simple syrup to release the mint oils.

Add Bourbon and Ice
Pour the Woodford Reserve Bourbon over the muddled mint and simple syrup. Fill the cup with crushed ice, packing it down gently.

Stir and Garnish
Stir the mixture gently to combine. Top with more crushed ice if needed, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
