Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hellfire bitters, honey syrup, mezcal, Cointreau, and pineapple infused tequila.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from the cocktail glass, then strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish
Optionally, garnish with a pineapple slice or a twist of lime.
