In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
Cook Pancakes

Preheat and Cook
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip Pancakes
Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
