Dough Preparation
- 1
Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- 2
Mix Dough Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Add the activated yeast mixture to the flour and mix until a dough forms.
- 3
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4
Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Pizza Assembly
- 5
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- 6
Shape the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- 7
Add Sauce and Toppings
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, and finish with grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
- 8
Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Chicken Wings Preparation
- 9
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- 10
Cook the Wings
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook the wings for about 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through until crispy.
- 11
Make the Hot Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce.
- 12
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.
