Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium heatproof bowl, combine the unsweetened chocolate and unsalted butter. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In another mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, and large egg yolks until well combined and slightly thickened.

Add Dry Ingredients
Sift the all-purpose flour and salt over the chocolate mixture. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.

Bake
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the centers are soft.

Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute.
