Prepare the Fries

Cut the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to create fries.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Prepare the Burger Patty

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty, about ¾ inch thick.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
Assemble the Burger

Add Lettuce and Tomato
On the bottom half of each bun, place a layer of lettuce and then add a slice of tomato.

Place the cooked beef patty with melted cheese on top of the tomato.

Top with the other half of the bun and serve with the fries on the side.
