Method
Preparing the Cheese

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Brie
Place the wheel of brie on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Using a sharp knife, score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
Adding Toppings

Add Honey and Walnuts
Drizzle the honey over the scored brie. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and fresh thyme leaves evenly over the top.

Bake the Brie
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and gooey.
Preparing the Crostini

Slice the Baguette
While the brie is baking, slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast the Crostini
Brush each slice with olive oil and season with salt. Arrange them on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving

Serve the Baked Brie
Once the brie is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with the toasted crostini.
