Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, combine water and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat to medium and stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and miso paste until well combined.

Stir in minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onions. Simmer for 10 minutes.
