Prepare Pork Belly

Marinate Pork Belly
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Add the pork belly and coat it thoroughly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the marinated pork belly on a baking tray and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. Let it rest, then chop into small pieces.
