Prepare the Lavender Tea
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of dried lavender flowers and 2 tablespoons of black tea leaves.

Cover the saucepan and let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes.

After steeping, strain the tea using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a heatproof container, discarding the lavender and tea leaves.
