Prepare the Tea Base

Boil Water
In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil over medium heat.

Steep Green Tea
Once the water is boiling, add 2 tablespoons of green tea leaves to the saucepan. Remove from heat and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.

Sweeten the Tea
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the hot tea and stir until dissolved.
Prepare the Milk Mixture

Heat the Milk
In a small saucepan, heat 200 ml of milk over low heat until warm, but not boiling.

Add Condensed Milk
Stir in 1 tablespoon of condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the warm milk until well combined.
Combine and Serve

Mix Tea and Milk
Pour the warm milk mixture into the brewed green tea and stir gently to combine.

If desired, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of matcha powder on top and add fresh mint leaves for garnish.
