Start by washing and preparing all the vegetables. Slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and slice the mushrooms. Chop the green onions and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the shrimp with a tablespoon of soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
