Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Assemble Dumplings
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about a teaspoon of the pork mixture into the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat until all filling is used.

Make the Broth
In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, chili paste, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Cook the Dumplings
Once the broth is simmering, gently add the prepared dumplings to the pot. Let them cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.

Ladle the soup into bowls, ensuring each bowl has dumplings. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
