Wings

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden brown.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine honey and sriracha sauce over medium heat. Stir until well mixed and heated through. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the honey sriracha sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Prepare Vegetables

While the wings are baking, cut the carrots and celery into sticks and arrange them on a platter.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with ranch dressing for dipping alongside the carrot and celery sticks.
