Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Marinate the Ribs
Place the pork ribs in a large resealable bag or dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Bake the Ribs
Place the marinated ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender.

Serve
Slice the ribs and serve topped with the radish salad and toasted peanuts. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
