Crust Preparation

Make the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well blended. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.

Prepare Peanut Butter Layer
In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

Make Chocolate Ganache
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add in the chocolate chips. Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, top with whipped cream, chopped peanut butter cups, and drizzle with chocolate syrup as desired.
