Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts of blood orange juice and sugar, add crushed cardamom pods, and heat until dissolved. Let cool and strain to remove cardamom.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine Cappelletti Aperitivo, blood orange & cardamom syrup, and fresh blood orange juice. Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.

Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and top with Col Dorato Prosecco. Garnish with a blood orange slice and a cardamom pod.
