Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Brooklyn Gin, house-made tarragon syrup, and fresh lime juice. Add ice to the shaker.

Shake the Cocktail
Shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Add Bitters
Add two dashes of Chinese bitters on top of the cocktail.

Garnish and Enjoy
Garnish with a sprig of tarragon if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
