Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Brussel Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.
- 2
Season the Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes until evenly coated.
- 3
Roast the Sprouts
Spread the brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until they are charred and tender, tossing halfway through.
- 4
Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, combine agave syrup and grain mustard, mixing well until blended.
- 5
Finish the Dish
Once the brussel sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and drizzle the agave-mustard dressing over them. Toss gently to combine.
- 6
Serve
Top the brussel sprouts with toasted hazelnuts and grated pecorino cheese before serving.
