Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toast the Bread
While the bacon is cooking, toast the Texas toast slices until golden brown on both sides.

Slice the Tomato
While the bread is toasting, wash and slice the large tomato into thin slices.

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly. Tear them into smaller pieces if necessary.
Assembling the Sandwich

Layer the First Level
On a toasted slice of Texas toast, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of turkey, and 1 slice of Swiss cheese.

Add the Second Layer
Place another slice of Texas toast on top. Spread a little more mayonnaise if desired. Add 2 slices of crispy bacon, a handful of lettuce, and 2 slices of tomato.

Finish the Sandwich
Top with a final slice of Texas toast. Press down gently to hold the layers together.
Serving

Cut and Serve
Using a sharp knife, cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters. Secure each section with a toothpick if desired. Serve with your choice of chips or a pickle.
