Add Bacon and Cheese
After flipping the patty, add the two slices of bacon to the skillet or grill. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the patty is cooked to your desired doneness. Place the two slices of pepper jack cheese on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
