Prepare the Spicy Mayo

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
Cook the Chicken and Bacon

Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

Cook the Bacon
In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.

Layer the Ingredients
On one slice of toasted Texas toast, spread a generous amount of spicy mayo. Add the cooked chicken breast, followed by the crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with the second slice of toasted Texas toast.
Serve the Sandwich

Cut the sandwich in half for easier handling and serve immediately with extra spicy mayo on the side if desired.
