Prepare the Jalapeno Ranch Dressing

Mix the Base
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Stir until smooth and well mixed.

Add Flavorings
Add diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill to the mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.

Season
Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix again and set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Prepare the Sandwich

Cook the Chicken
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest.

Cook the Bacon
In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the cooked chicken breast and place it on the bottom half of the pretzel bun. Layer with crispy bacon, a slice of pepper jack cheese, and a generous amount of onion straws. Drizzle with jalapeno ranch dressing and top with the other half of the bun.
