Method

Preparing the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh dill. Add the salmon fillets to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place them skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips. Trim the asparagus ends.

  2. 5

Toss with Olive Oil and Seasonings

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat evenly.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.
