Marinating the Chicken
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side. Flip and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
