Prepare Chicken Wings
Preheat your grill or smoker for indirect cooking at a temperature of 250°F (120°C). Toss the chicken wings in olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Optional: Add charcoal for a smoky flavor.

Make Smoked Chili Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in the hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, honey, and lime juice. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.

Make Alabama Ranch
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Toss in Sauce
Remove wings from the grill, toss them in the Smoked Chili Buffalo Sauce until fully coated.

Serve the wings hot with Alabama Ranch for dipping and celery sticks on the side.
