Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
- 2
Smoke the Ribs
Place the ribs in the smoker bone-side down. Smoke for about 4 hours, spritzing with apple cider vinegar every hour to keep them moist.

- 4
Prepare Bourbon Baked Beans
In a saucepan, combine baked beans and bourbon. Cook over low heat until warmed through and bubbly.
- 5
Make the House Slaw
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Toss well to combine. Refrigerate until serving.
- 6
Serve
Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes. Serve with bourbon baked beans and house slaw on the side.
