Soak Lady Fingers
In a shallow dish, combine espresso coffee and coffee liqueur. Quickly dip each lady finger into the mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
Make Mascarpone Mousse

Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture
In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture. Add the egg yolks and coffee liqueur, mixing until combined.

Prepare the Ganache
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, letting it sit for a few minutes before stirring until smooth.
Assemble Tiramisu

Layer the Tiramisu
In a serving dish, arrange half of the soaked lady fingers in a single layer. Spread half of the mascarpone mousse over the lady fingers, followed by half of the chocolate ganache. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Chill and Serve

Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
