Seafood

Gnocchi

Lemon Dill Cream Sauce

Method

Cooking the Seafood

  1. 1

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the tiger prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink. Add the manila clams and baby scallops, cover the skillet, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the clams open and the scallops are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.

Preparing the Sauce

  1. 2

Make the Lemon Dill Cream Sauce

In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Do not let it boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking the Gnocchi

  1. 3

    Cook the Gnocchi

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the surface. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 4

    Combine Everything

In the skillet with the seafood, add the cooked gnocchi and pour the lemon dill cream sauce over everything. Toss gently to combine and heat through for another 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
