Mushroom Mixture

Method

Roasting Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. If they are large, slice them in half or quarters.

  2. 2

    Make Garlic Butter

Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh thyme and parsley.

  3. 3

    Combine and Season

In a large mixing bowl, toss the cleaned mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour the garlic butter over the mushrooms and mix well to ensure they are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Roast the Mushrooms

Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm as a side dish or over toasted bread.
