Method
Cooking the Patty
- 1
Prepare the Beef
In a mixing bowl, combine the free-range, grain-fed beef with salt and black pepper. Gently mix to avoid overworking the meat.
- 2
Form Patties
Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- 3
Cooking the Bacon
- 4
Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the double-smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assembling the Burger
- 5
Melt the Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
- 6
Build the Burger
Toast the burger buns lightly. On the bottom bun, spread 1.5 tablespoons of house-made tasty sauce. Place the patty with melted cheese on top, followed by crispy bacon, pickles, and then the top bun.
