Tuna

Grilled Broccolini

Method

Prepare the Tuna

1

Marinate the Tuna

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the albacore tuna steaks and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Grill the Tuna

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated tuna steaks on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Prepare the Broccolini

3

Grill the Broccolini

Toss the broccolini with olive oil, salt, and lemon juice. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred, turning occasionally.

Prepare the Fresh Fruit Salsa

4

Mix the Salsa

In a bowl, combine diced mango, pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.

Plate the Dish

5

Serve

On a plate, place the grilled albacore tuna, top it with fresh fruit salsa, and serve alongside the grilled broccolini.
