Method
Prepare Glass
Chill glass
Place a rocks or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes, or fill with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to chill it.
If you prefer a salted/tajín rim: rub a lime wedge around the glass rim, then dip the rim into a shallow dish of coarse salt or Tajín to lightly coat. Set the prepared glass aside.
Mix Cocktail
Add 2 oz Casamigos Blanco tequila, 1 oz Pallini Limoncello, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz agave syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice (about 6 oz / enough to reach just above the liquid).
Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker feels very cold and well chilled.
Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer (or the shaker strainer) into the chilled prepared glass over fresh ice if desired (rocks glass) or neat if serving up (coupe).
Garnish & Serve
Serve immediately. Recommend enjoying chilled and sipping slowly to appreciate the interplay of tequila, lemoncello sweetness, citrus and agave.
