Wild Columbia River King Salmon Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, let the coals burn until covered with ash.

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.

  5. 5

    Serve

Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter and garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon wedges, if desired. Enjoy!
