Method

Preparation

1

Marinating the Fish

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Place the seabass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepping the Asparagus

While the fish is marinating, prepare the asparagus. Toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and set aside.

Cooking

3

Grilling the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the seabass from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

4

Grilling the Asparagus

On a separate grill rack, place the seasoned asparagus. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

5

Serving

Once cooked, plate the seabass and grilled asparagus. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
