Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Infuse the Vodka

In a clean glass jar, combine the vodka and coffee beans. Seal tightly and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 48 hours to infuse. Shake the jar gently once a day.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water (1 cup each) over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has fully dissolved. Let it cool.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

Once the vodka is infused, strain the coffee beans out using a fine mesh strainer. In a large mixing bowl, combine the infused vodka, cold brew coffee, simple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

  4. 4

    Bottle the Liqueur

Using a funnel, pour the mixture into clean glass bottles. Seal tightly and refrigerate. The liqueur can be stored for up to 2 weeks.

  5. 5

    Serve (Optional)

To serve, pour the liqueur over ice and, if desired, add a splash of liquid nitrogen for a frosty effect. Always handle liquid nitrogen with care.
