Prepare the Glass
Rim a cocktail glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt. Set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, and ice. Shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and top with Brut Sparkling Wine.

Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel if desired, and serve immediately.
