Method

Prepare the Marinade

  1. 1

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice until well combined.

Marinate the Shrimp

  1. 2

    Marinate

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Cook the Shrimp

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Shrimp

Remove the shrimp from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Garnish and Serve

  1. 5

    Garnish

Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the grill. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
