Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or grit. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to ensure they are dry.

  2. 2

    Slice the Strawberries

Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into thin pieces. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Crumble the Goat Cheese

Using your hands or a fork, crumble the goat cheese into small pieces. Set aside.

Vinaigrette Preparation

  1. 4

    Mix the Vinaigrette Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the raspberry vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until the mixture is well combined and emulsified.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large salad bowl, add the prepared spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, and crumbled goat cheese.

  2. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the raspberry vinaigrette over the salad. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients without damaging the spinach or strawberries.

  3. 7

    Serve

Divide the salad into individual bowls or plates and serve immediately. Enjoy your fresh goat cheese salad!
