In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix until just combined.

Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Prepare bourbon sauce
