1

Chill glass

If you prefer a colder drink, place the serving glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill with ice while you prepare the cocktail, then discard that ice before pouring.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup. Add 6 ice cubes for shaking.

3

Shake

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until the shaker is cold to the touch and the mixture is well-chilled and slightly diluted.

4

Prepare serving glass

Fill a rocks glass or highball with fresh ice (about 6 cubes). If you prefer a slightly longer, fizzy version, leave space for club soda.

5

Strain and top

Double-strain (or fine-strain if you prefer) the cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice. If making the soda version, top with 1.5 oz club soda and gently stir once to combine.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
